Returns & Exchanges
At Auto Tattoo, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their premium car decals and accessories. Please read our Return & Exchange guidelines below.
Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your product (with the exception of custom/on-demand products), as long as the product is in a resellable condition, no questions asked. In the event a custom product can be restored in resellable condition, customization charges will not be returned.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the package back to our warehouse. Refunds will not include original or return postage.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
- In the event your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a partial/full refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange standard products free of charge as long as the product is completely unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for related return and exchange shipping charges.
Custom & On-Demand Products
Due to the unique, one-off nature of custom vehicle livery designs, customized banners, and custom-made text decals, Auto Tattoo is unable to provide returns or change-of-mind refunds on these items.
However, if your custom product is faulty, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will gladly recreate and ship your product completely free of charge!
